Delete your Kickora account

You can delete your Kickora account at any time, in the app or by email. It's permanent: a deleted account can't be recovered.

In the app

  1. Open Kickora and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Under Settings, below Sign out, tap Delete account.
  4. Read what is deleted. If your account has a password, enter it.
  5. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

You're signed out on every device, and we email you once to say it's done.

Can't use the app?

Write to support@lineup.example from your Kickora account's email address and ask us to delete your account. We only act on requests from that address, so nobody else can delete your account. We'll email you once it's done.

Email us

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, photo, phone number, date of birth and favorite position
  • Your password, Google and Apple sign-in, and your sessions on every device
  • Group memberships, join requests, blocks, notification settings and notifications
  • Your place in upcoming matches

Your email address, your voice messages and what you sent us with Send feedback are deleted too.

What stays, anonymously

  • Past match rosters, ratings and chat messages stay for the other players, shown as "Deleted user"
  • Groups you created are handed to another admin or member, or deleted if nobody is left

How long anything else is kept

  • Copies in our backups are removed on their normal schedule.
  • If a voice message of yours was reported, our moderators keep a copy while the report is open and for 90 days after it is closed.
  • We may keep information longer where the law requires it, or to deal with a report or dispute.
